Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free Forever gives you 1 user, 50 transactions a month, up to 25 active parties, and unlimited manual WhatsApp sharing — no trial expiry, no credit card.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
For the first 14 days every feature is unlocked with unlimited usage. After that, your account moves to the plan you chose — or to Free if you didn't pick one. Your old data always stays accessible (read-only if you're over the Free limit).
Which plan is right for me?
Start free on the Free Tier. Small teams pick Basic (unlimited parties + 2 users); growing businesses pick Pro — our most popular plan (more staff + CRM). Business adds cold-storage tools, and Enterprise unlocks everything including WhatsApp + SMS. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Start free with no card. When you upgrade, pay easily via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
Never. Downgrading only changes which features are active. All your past transactions, parties and parchis stay — you keep read-only access even on the Free plan.
What if I run out of SMS or WhatsApp messages?
Buy a top-up bundle any time (from PKR 500) — credits never expire. And manual WhatsApp sharing stays free and unlimited on every plan, so you can always send a bill.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. The change applies immediately and your data is never touched.
Are there setup charges, cancellation fees, or refunds?
There is no setup fee for self-service onboarding. You can cancel any time; your paid access remains active until the end of the billing period. Refund requests for duplicate payments or billing mistakes are reviewed by support.
