WhatsApp Business Integration for Pakka Khata
Pakka Khata can support two different WhatsApp workflows: user-initiated manual sharing, and an optional business connection for approved messaging. Automation is not enabled for every account and may require provider approval, templates and a separate commercial setup.

Frequently asked questions
Is WhatsApp automation included for every account?
No. Manual sharing and automated business messaging are different. Advanced messaging is an optional integration and is enabled only after business, provider and commercial review.
Can Pakka Khata work without WhatsApp?
Yes. Ledger, sales, purchases, inventory, payments and reports continue to work without a WhatsApp connection.
Can the connection be disabled later?
Yes. An authorized business owner or manager can manage or disconnect the business-specific connection.
