Yes. Pakka Khata is built offline-first because mandi internet is unreliable. Enter lots, sales, payments, and gate passes without a signal — everything syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Set your arhat rate once — per crop, per party, or per season (you can have different rates for wheat, rice, cotton, and seasonal variations). Every time you record a lot, Pakka Khata calculates the exact arhat amount automatically using your configured rule. Buyer-side and farmer-side arhat are split separately. You see the calculation logic on every parchi so there are no disputes.

Bardana is the weight of the gunny bag/sack that's deducted from the gross weight to calculate the net grain weight. Kaat is a broader term covering all deductions, typically including bardana, nami (moisture), and mitti (dirt). Tulai is the weighing fee charged by the mandi for the weighbridge service. Pakka Khata tracks all three separately with configurable per-bag rules.

Yes. Pakka Khata supports per-party arhat overrides. For example, you can charge 2% to one beopari and 1.5% to another. You can also set party-specific bardana rates, credit limits, and payment terms.

Trading Deals is a single screen that lets you record a purchase from a farmer AND a sale to a buyer in one entry. Pakka Khata automatically calculates your spread (sale price − purchase price − arhat − bardana − transport), shows your real profit per lot, and tracks farmer and buyer balances separately.

Every lot is recorded with the farmer's name, vehicle number, weighbridge slip, gross weight, bardana, net weight, grade, and rate. The lot moves through a pipeline: Gate-In → Weighed → Graded → Sold → Dispatched. At any moment you can search by lot number, farmer, crop, or buyer and see the full history.

Yes. Pakka Khata supports partial sales — one incoming lot can be split across many buyers at different rates. The system tracks remaining quantity in real-time and prevents over-selling.

When a lot is dispatched, tap 'Gate Pass' — Pakka Khata generates a printable gate pass with vehicle details, buyer name, net weight, time stamp, and a QR code. Print on thermal or A4, or share via WhatsApp with the driver and buyer. The format is accepted by mandi associations across Pakistan.

Yes. Cold storage businesses get a per-bag gate pass variant that records bag count, chamber location, lot owner, in-date, and projected out-date. Combined with monthly auto-rent billing per bag.

Every farmer, buyer, supplier, and agent gets their own ledger account. Pakka Khata tracks each transaction (sale, purchase, payment received, payment given, expense) and shows real-time closing balance, aging buckets (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days), and full payment history.

Yes. One tap sends a professional Urdu+English parchi (sale receipt) to a buyer's WhatsApp. You can also bulk-send payment reminders to all overdue parties, or schedule automatic reminders at 30/60/90 days. Pakka Khata users report 40% faster collections.

Cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, cheque, online wallet, partial payments, and advance payments. Each payment is linked to specific invoices or lots, so you always know what's settled and what's outstanding.

Yes. Pro plan supports up to 3 staff users with role-based access (Owner, Accountant, Cashier, Helper). Enterprise plan is unlimited. Each user has their own login, activity log, and visibility limits — your cashier can record sales but not see profit margins.

Daily Summary, Day Book, General Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L (Profit & Loss), Journal Book, Party Ledger, Outstanding Aging, Lot Summary, Arhat Report, Bardana Report, Cash Book, Bank Book, Stock Adjustment, and more — over 20 reports total. All are printable and WhatsApp-shareable.

Yes. Pakka Khata invoices include all FBR-required fields: NTN/STRN, invoice number, date, party details, line items with tax breakdown, and total payable. You can export invoices in tax-compliant PDF format and add your tax registration details to every parchi.

Yes. Every report can be exported as CSV or Excel. You can also export your full ledger, party list, and lot history at any time — your data, your control.

Pakka Khata uses secure HTTPS access, role-based staff permissions, business-level data isolation, audit trails and backup workflows to protect mandi ledger data. You should still protect OTP codes and review staff access regularly.

You do. 100%. Pakka Khata is a service provider — your ledger records, party data, balances, and transaction history belong to you. You can export everything any time, and you can request complete deletion through the Data Deletion page.

Pakka Khata uses managed cloud infrastructure for availability and backup workflows. For current hosting, retention or enterprise data-residency requirements, contact support before rollout.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel any time and your account rolls back to the Free plan. You keep all your data and can export it. No cancellation fee.

Yes. Download Pakka Khata from Google Play Store. The app is lightweight (under 25 MB), works on 3G/4G/WiFi, and supports offline mode for poor-connectivity mandis.

Pakka Khata works perfectly on iPhone via the mobile web app (just open pakkakhata.com in Safari). A native iOS app is on our roadmap.
