The percentage commission an adhati charges on the sale value of every lot — typically 1.5% to 2.5% depending on crop, party, and mandi convention. Arhat is calculated on the gross sale amount BEFORE bardana and other deductions, then split between buyer-side and farmer-side as per local custom.
