Every grain you trade in the galla mandi. Gandum (wheat), chawal/paddy (rice), makki (maize), jou (barley), bajra (millet), jowar and dalain (pulses) — each gets its own bardana weight, nami tolerance, kaat rule and adhat percentage. Wheat moves in jute bardana at procurement season; paddy carries higher nami; maize is graded A/B/C.
