About account deletion
Pakka Khata™ is operated by Techzoq (Private) Limited. Only the account owner can request business deletion. Managers, accountants, helpers, and viewers should contact the owner.
Critical khata warning
Khata entries affect farmers, buyers, suppliers, and FBR records. Recent financial records cannot be blindly erased; they are retained in anonymized form where required.
Download my data first
Before deletion, export complete khata PDF, transaction CSV, customer statements, outstanding balances, and reports. Export links remain valid for 90 days after generation.
What will be deleted
- • Profile, phone/email login links, app preferences, marketing profile, and non-essential analytics.
- • Business profile and staff access after the grace period.
- • Inactive records older than legal retention where no dispute remains.
What must be retained
- • Financial transactions, invoices, payments, journal entries, and khata balances for FBR/accounting compliance.
- • Customer-linked transaction facts with personal identifiers minimized where possible.
- • Subscription payment history for tax, refund, and dispute handling.
Timeline
Verify owner
CNIC + WhatsApp/SMS/email verification token expires in 24 hours.
Export khata
PDF, CSV, statements, outstanding balances, and reports are prepared before deletion.
30-day grace
Subscription pauses; owner may cancel deletion any time before processing.
Anonymize + retain
FBR/accounting records are retained for 5+ years where legally required.
FAQ for adhatis
Can a manager delete the business? No. Only the owner can request final deletion.
Can all financial records be erased? No. FBR, SBP/payment reconciliation, disputes, and third-party khata integrity require retention of some anonymized records.
Can I cancel? Yes. You have a 30-day cancellation window after verification.
Will customers be notified? The owner should inform customers. The Service provides a notification queue hook for WhatsApp/SMS notices.
