Account Safety Rules
- Use one phone number per real business owner or authorized staff member.
- Do not share OTP codes with staff, customers, farmers, buyers or unknown callers.
- Review staff access when a munshi, cashier or accountant leaves your business.
- Report suspicious login, wrong party balance, missing transaction or unauthorized staff access immediately.
