Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pakka Khata platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
Who Can Use Our Platform

Farmers (کسان)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid CNIC required
- Actual agricultural producers
- Responsible for product quality
Vendors (آڑھتی)
- Valid business license
- Agricultural input suppliers
- Equipment dealers/renters
- Service providers
Buyers (خریدار)
- Individuals or businesses
- Wholesalers and retailers
- Processing companies
- Export companies
Listing Rules & Guidelines

Directly Allowed
- ✅Fresh agricultural produce
- ✅Certified agricultural equipment
- ✅Legal agricultural inputs
- ✅Livestock and dairy products
- ✅Agricultural services
Strictly Prohibited
- ❌Banned pesticides or chemicals
- ❌Stolen or illegal goods
- ❌Misleading product information
- ❌Expired or contaminated products
- ❌False or manipulated images
Payments & Responsibilities
ادائیگی اور ذمہ داریاں
Accepted forms of payment include JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfers. A platform fee of 2-3% may apply per successful transaction. Escrow protection is available for large-scale orders to ensure security for both parties.
Account Termination
اکاؤنٹ کی معطلی
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in fraudulent activities, or repeatedly receive poor quality ratings from other users. Users may close their accounts at any time.
Dispute Resolution
تنازعات کا حل
All disputes are handled through our internal mediation process first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled via professional arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
